Theodore "Ted" Sigman's Homepage.

Hi, my name is Theodore Sigman. Most people just call me "Ted." This page was created for me by my friends and family to celebrate my 60th birthday. I live in Danvers, Massachusetts. I am retiring this year after 36 years of teaching. Thirty-two of those years have been at Ipswich High School where I work in the Special Education Department . My wife, Deborah Sigman, works as a nurse practitioner for MIT's Medical Department. My two beautiful daughters are Jenna and Devon. Jenna is the Supervisor of Teen Programs at the New England Aquarium in Boston, Massachusetts. Devon is a third grade teacher at the International School of Dakar in Senegal. Here is a video of her dancing. For fun I enjoy golfing, skiing, tennis, and exploring the world via the satellite photos on Google Maps. I also enjoy cooking, and if I do say so myself, people say I'm an excellent chef. I love reading. My favorite authors include Richard Russo and John Steinbeck.
